Administration Officer Property

- Based at our Civic Centre
- Our Property, Revenue and Valuation Services (PRAVS) Unit is seeking to appoint a motivated and team-oriented person to fill a vacancy.
About the Role:
The position requires data, related to Names and Addresses held in the Corporate Property Database, to be maintained accurately and in a timely manner, as the organisation relies heavily on the information maintained by this Unit.
The successful candidate will have:
A high attention to detail, sound experience in the areas of property data management and maintenance on the INFOR Pathway system is strongly preferred, along with a sound knowledge of Local Government Rating and Valuation functions.
- You will need to possess strong keyboarding skills, sound organisational skills and be a logical thinker
- Have the ability to provide accurate services within timelines and with minimal supervision
- You will also have excellent interpersonal qualities with a “service excellence” approach and a great attitude towards working in a team based environment
- Local Government experience and knowledge of property, valuations and rating (advantageous)
- You will have experience with INFOR Local Government Software (or similar)
- Have the ability to plan, set priorities, be self-motivated and assist in the motivation and coaching of other team members is also required.
