Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a skilled Appian Developer to join a flexible team and play a crucial role in delivering advanced technical solutions. As an Appian Developer, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, designing integrations with third-party platforms, and developing comprehensive data models. You will also be involved in setting architectural standards, preparing technical specifications, and ensuring the highest quality of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and Define Requirements: Gather and assess project requirements to develop effective technical solutions.
  • Integration Design: Architect and implement integration solutions with external platforms.
  • Data Modeling: Develop and maintain comprehensive data models.
  • Standards Enforcement: Establish and enforce architectural and development standards following Appian and Vuram best practices.
  • Code Quality Assurance: Perform regular code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
  • Sprint Leadership: Lead and coordinate major sprint ceremonies.
  • Release Management: Oversee the planning and execution of project releases.
  • UAT Facilitation: Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with business users and analysts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of total experience in technical roles.
  • 2-4 years of experience developing enterprise-level web applications.
  • Proficiency in J2EE, .Net platforms, and RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server).
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with fluency in English.

Preferred:

  • Experience with the Appian platform.
  • Familiarity with networks and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
  • Appian Level 2 Credential is a plus.
