Candidates with Valid Australian visa will be considered for this position, the client does not provide visa sponsorship.

One of our clients is looking for a Product Owner to work with stakeholders to manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with our product vision and strategic goals.

Good negotiation skills (would be customer facing) and SaaS background is MUST.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise the backlog.
  • Coordinate dependencies with other product owners, and inform stakeholders of decisions.
  • Inform the product roadmap, and plan quarterly work for the product team.
  • Break Epics into Increment Goals, Features, and Stories with Scrum Master and Product Team.
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Attend team ceremonies to provide guidance and clarification.
  • Manage risks associated with the product backlog.
  • Act as escalation point for critical incidents, provide status updates and resolution per SLAs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the product and reduce support issues and service requests.
