As a result of our ongoing investment into our cyber capability, this role is a pivotal technical lead role that takes full ownership of all our identity platforms. We are on the hunt for an experienced Platform Owner - IAM Solutions to join our expanding Digital and Technology Team If you are a guru in identity platforms and enjoy working in a dynamic fast paced environment, we want to hear from you

**Is this your next role?**

As the Platform Owner - IAM Solutions, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting and enhancing our organisations Identity platforms while ensuring system resilience and managing product lifecycle. You will lead and coordinate specialists and/or analysts to achieve strategic and tactical cyber and organisational goals through platform development, consolidation, and enhancement. Whilst you will deliver some technical hands-on work yourself, you will also achieve outcomes through your direct reports and our identity managed service partner.

Key responsibilities include:

- Technical Leadership: Provide expert technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the successful delivery of identity roadmaps and sequencing of initiatives related to uplifting identity platforms. A key focus is on driving automation for repeatable tasks and provisioning needs.
- Agile Methodology: Drive the adoption of agile development methodologies, such as scrum or Kanban, and promote continuous improvement within the team, ensuring the right personnel are working on the right things at the right time.
- Technical Mentoring: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their technical growth and promoting knowledge sharing within the team. Demonstrate your commitment to systems and support documentation by leading by example.
- Cyber Identity Platform Ownership: Owning end-to-end all Identity platforms which includes developing, implementing, and improving Cyber identity operating rhythm practises in line with internal Cyber platform management framework requirements.
- Performance Optimisation: Identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement within identity platforms, collaborating with the team to implement optimisation strategies. With added focus on Identity platform and toolset consolidation to maximise capability and minimise administration and platform scope overhead.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts, project updates, and platform enhancements to stakeholders, including management, sponsors, and other relevant teams.
- Risk Awareness: Proactively identifies risks and recommends actions to avoid, mitigate or accept risks. Promotes a sound risk culture by routinely analysing, avoiding, mitigating, or accepting risks.
- Access Provisioning: Responsible for overseeing the organisation's access management framework, ensuring all platform owners perform their access reviews, commensurate with the principle of least privilege. A key focus is providing a clear pathway for automation and decentralised access provisioning on adopting 'just in time' provisioning to eradicate manual provisioning and maximising the development and use of our privileged access management platform versus traditional persistent access provisioning.
- Compliance: Responsible to ensure platforms and processes are compliant to any industry standards and internal technical standards (such as hardening). Licensing is fully compliant to organisational licensing arrangements. Own and remediate any audit action or treatment plan pertaining to your platform(s).
- Budget: responsible for tracking the total cost of ownership of the platform/solution and ensuring the appropriate forecasting of capacity/licensing and budget submissions, whilst not being a budget owner.
- Vulnerability Management: responsible for owning the vulnerability remediation of your identity platforms.

You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills (including influencing others) and a passion for uplifting business capability through technology. Specifically, you will have a strong technical background and project management experience, with a proven ability to lead cross functional teams and drive successful platform launches.

What you will bring to the role:

- 7+ Years experience with maintaining enterprise cyber technologies/platforms such as CrowdStrike IDP, Okta, EntraID/AD, Delinea, Splunk.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms including implementation, administration, and uplift.
