This is an exciting time to join NRW Civil & Mining as we are seeking a Train Loading Operations Supervisor to assist with the delivery of our Karara Mining Project. In this position, you will lead and ensure that your team execute safe and efficient operations. This role will be offered on an 8:6 roster.

To be considered for this position you must possess the following as a minimum:

  • Relevant supervisory experience within the Mining sector
  • Good working knowledge of the Mines Safety Act and Regulations
  • Ability to lead, develop and mentor workforce
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Australian Drivers Licence

As a Train Loading Operations Supervisor reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising the loading of trains
  • Ensuring safe productivity and meeting daily targets
  • Maintaining a high level of safety standards at all times
  • Ensuring that the works are successfully completed within budget, on time and in accordance with contract requirements
  • Coordination of associated ancillary tasks
