UGL is opening an Expression of Interest for Supervisors (Maintenance) with Oil & Gas experience to join our pool for upcoming opportunities onsite in Geelong VIC. The opportunities will see you join one of Australia’s last two remaining operating refineries, dynamic culture with a complex team who work together to develop and provide solutions for our customer.    

   

About the role   

The Supervisors are responsible for the safe, efficient and effective end to end execution of the Maintenance scope.  You will be an experienced people leader, coaching and guiding various discipline tradespeople, ensuring safety compliance and continuing to maintain our positive and diverse culture.  

About You    

You will inspire your team, draw on their diverse skills and create an environment where great ideas are heard, and everyone looks out for one another. Ideally you will have:    

   

  • 8-10 years + Supervision (O&G) experience with a trade background or similar  

  • Experience in delivering end to end projects under a Maintenance scope 

  • Ability to plan and forecast, plan and coordinate personnel, resources, equipment  

  • Working closely with broader team and client key contacts, reporting daily on tasks in hand 

  • Demonstrated analytical and technical problem-solving skills 

  • Leadership and supervision of multi disciplinary trades  

  • Committed to following UGL’s HSEQ values and process
