Due to continued growth, we are recruiting dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisors to join the team and help maintain the reputation for excellence.

**Position Overview**: We are looking for responsible and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisors to oversee cleaning staff and ensure the efficient and effective completion of cleaning tasks. The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards, coordinating schedules, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during cleaning operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff, including training, assigning tasks, and ensuring quality control.
- Schedule and coordinate cleaning activities, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Inspect work performed by cleaning staff to ensure it meets established standards and specifications.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and report any equipment maintenance needs.
- Experience in Window cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, along with Upholstery cleaning and floor buffing.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of cleaning staff.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, and any incidents.
- Provide support to the management team by offering input on process improvements and cost-saving measures.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the cleaning industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Current Police Check
- Valid WWCC (can be obtained)

**Salary**: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Geelong, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
