ABOUT THE ROLE

The Head of Marketing and Digital will inherit a marketing proposition that is already strong across brand, digital and technical performance. However, through a creative and innovative approach, the Head of Marketing and Digital will build an all-encompassing go-to-market strategy, that brings a sense of greater cohesion across all brand and digital marketing initiatives. The Head of Marketing and Digital will also:

  • Develop, drive and implement the Mocka marketing strategy and roadmap in alignment with the overall business strategy
  • Act as a digital, ecommerce and marketing leader, ensuring the continued development of multiple digital projects and providing strategic direction, from concept inception through to implementation
  • Lead with a marketing excellence mentality, through high standards and having complete governance of the full marketing estate (e.g. website, social media, email, advertising, search, CRM, brand, etc.)
  • Focus on the continued optimisation of the website, driving traffic and strengthening acquisition, retention and conversion efforts
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Ensure communication between departments (namely supply chain, product, and merch planning) remains transparent and consistent, to ensure accurate trading, delivery of stock and superior customer experience

 
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

You will be an accomplished marketing and digital professional, ideally with a strong track record of success within the consumer goods industry. With demonstrable experience built within a pureplay or ecommerce focused operation, the Head of Marketing and Digital will also possess:

  • Proven ecommerce ability, ideally having had some exposure to Shopify
  • Experience in developing and deploying marketing strategy within a high growth business
  • Strong people management experience, and the ability to motivate and inspire small and growing teams
  • Strong stakeholder management ability, and prior experience working with and presenting to Executive Teams
  • A people-centric, collaborative, and innovative approach to marketing excellence
