HSW Reporting & Projects Specialist

About the role

·       Exciting opportunity to work in a large health and safety function, supporting projects and reporting to enable improvements across the organisation.

·       Role can be based at any of our sites around Australia

 

Reporting to the National HSW Projects & Systems Manager, in the HSW function, this role is provides two critical functions in supporting Healthscope to deliver on

·       Leading projects that relate to employee wellbeing, risk reduction programs or management system development.

·       Leading the HSW reporting program, ensuring through high quality data and analysis, and reporting system administration, Healthscopes safety performance data is supporting improvement across the organisation. 

 

About You

·       You are passionate about keeping people safe, and understand the connection between good reporting and project management and improved safety performance

·       You have experience in delivering health and safety, or related, performance reporting in complex organisations

·       You have strong problem solving skills, and

·       You are super organised, and have great time management skills

·       You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal

·       You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a health and safety or related role.
