We are seeking an experienced and dedicated full time Restaurant Manager. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for setting the highest standard in all areas of the restaurant including the customer experience, the workplace culture, and the financial results.

·      Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant

·      Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer experience

·      Menu development

·      Responding efficiently and accurately to customer queries

·      Rostering and wage costing

·      Leadership, staff management, recruitment, onboarding and training of restaurant staff

·      Fostering effective communication between kitchen and front-of-house

·      Managing and delivering events and group bookings

·      Supplier ordering and maintain control over inventory, stocktake and budgets

·      Driving revenue and maintaining budgets

·      Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

 To succeed in this role, you must have:

·      At least one year experience as Restaurant Manager in fine dining Thai restaurants

·      Diploma in Management/Hospitality (or 3 years of managerial experience in lieu of qualification)

·      Able to manage and coordinate functions

·      Able to work flexible hours

·      Excellent communication and customer service skills

·      Sound food and beverage knowledge

·      Passionate about building a positive culture within the restaurant– focused on exceptional customer service, working together, helping those in need and making Krung Thep an enjoyable place to work

·      Current RSA certificate
