Paralegal/Conveyancer

The Firm    
We are currently recruiting for a boutique law firm who work across Property matters. They have an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Conveyancer.  
 
The Role    
As a Conveyancer you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of conveyancing files while also providing crucial paralegal support when needed. Collaborating closely with another Conveyancer, your responsibilities will include: 

• Handle electronic conveyancing and settlements in PEXA  
• Managing contract conditions and strata tiles issues  
• Dealing with clients  
• Paralegal support duties when required  

The Candidate    

• Essential: experience working in conveyancing  
• Essential: ability to manage your own conveyancing files   
• Essential: previous experience using PEXA   
• Desirable: farm settlement experience
