**The role**

We are currently looking for a full-time Conveyancing Paralegal to join our national Resolutions, Recoveries and Disputes Team. This team provides services relating to recoveries and disputes for banks and other financial institutions, including the sale of residential and commercial real estate. The role will be based in Perth, but will support the team nationally when required.

Your duties will include ordering searches, document preparation and file management, drafting correspondence, organising and preparing contracts for sale, liaising with clients and solicitors regularly and organising and attending settlements. The conveyancing work involves residential and commercial mortgagee sales and settlements and general commercial conveyancing.

You will be working directly within a large national team servicing a range of financial and banking clients in their recovery needs, with the opportunity to have a variety of work and a degree of autonomy consummate with your experience level.

**Who would be suited**

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience as a conveyancing in a commercial or residential property practice. You must have exceptional communication skills and a solid understanding of conveyancing.

It is essential that you have strong organisational and file management skills and a proactive attitude. An eye for detail, strong service orientation and an enthusiastic approach to your work is also important.

Graduate Lawyers will also be considered.

Ideally you will also have:

- advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate level skills in Excel; and
- experience using Aderant Expert or similar time recording package, and FileSite or similar document management system.
