About the Role
Peter Warren Automotive is now on the hunt fora Detailing Coordinator to join ourWarwick Farm Dealership. Whetherit be the delivery or servicing of a vehicle, the presentation andcleanliness is integral in ensuring the customer is satisfied withtheir experience. Within this role you will show initiative,flexibility and have a positive attitude.
What the role entails:
Supervise and provide support for all detailing departmentactivitiesSchedule work to be completed each day by assigning appropriateDetailer (based upon skill and knowledge) and allocating time foreach jobDirect and maintain usage of detailing department supplies andequipmentOversee work quality and perform final sign-off once jobs arecompletedAssist vehicle transporters and oversee loading and unloadingof vehiclesComplete all paperwork in an accurate and timely mannerWhat we are looking for:
Proven work experience in overseeing a high preforming teamwithin the automotive industryAbility to understand and execute oral and writteninstructionsAbility to maintain simple recordsStrong attention to detailStrong leadership skillsStrong interpersonal communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work autonomously but also collaboratively within ateamWhat we offer:
