We are seeking a highly skilled Import and Export Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team in Warwick Farm, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods into and out of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with vendors and freight forwarders to arrange shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare and submit necessary customs documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Manage inbound and outbound container information, ensuring accurate pricing and cost tracking.
  • Support the broader Supply Chain team on import/export matters, providing expert advice and guidance.
About You

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for logistics. If you have a solid understanding of SAP R/3, advanced proficiency in MS Excel, and working knowledge of database systems, we want to hear from you.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in import/export roles and freight forwarding, with a deep understanding of customs procedures and terminology. Meticulous approach with a strong focus on accuracy and precision. Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
