Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Management:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
  • Identify and target potential clients and markets for holiday accommodations.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
  • Marketing Strategy and Implementation:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Coordinate with local brands and partners to create promotional deals and packages.
  • Plan and oversee promotional events and giveaways to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Brand Management:
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, videos, and advertisements.
  • Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with the concierge service team to promote local experiences and tours.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales and marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
