About You :

  • At least 1 years of experience in a graphic design/marketing role

Position Summary :

We are looking for a passionate, committed, and creative Graphic Designer and Marketing allrounder to join our small and dedicated team. You will support the communication of the overall visual message of Kuwaii to our customers: whether by creating content for our social media campaigns, designing beautiful EDMS and other marketing collateral, as well as ensuring that we create and deliver the most beautiful, unique, and innovative graphics and content. You will have an incredible visual eye, a skill for photography and social media to help us develop the creatives to go along with our seasonal launches. This is a busy, hands-on role reporting to the Kuwaii Designer/Director and brand manager: and there is opportunity for creativity, growth and autonomy in this role. Our ideal candidate will be someone who studied for graphic design but has worked in marketing and social media since then. You will be passionate and enthusiastic about Kuwaii product, our slow fashion values and be exceptional ambassadors for our brand. If you are highly motivated and this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you

Key Requirements :

  • At least 1 years of experience in a graphic design/marketing role
  • Degree or relevant qualification in graphic design
  • Understanding of web, social media, HTML, and basic UI/UX design
  • Experience planning and scheduling social media
  • Excellent Adobe suite knowledge – especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • A deep understanding of current online standards and trends
  • An eye for typography and taking pride in the details
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven history of reliability, discipline and accountability
  • An interest in slow fashion is a bonus

Job Responsibility :

Your responsibilities will include

  • Drive & design graphic communication and content for web, social media, EDMS, look-books and signage.
  • Work closely with team members to maximise, improve and implement our digital marketing strategy
  • Work collaboratively and communicate with our small marketing team 
  • Update marketing calendar and attend weekly marketing meetings 
  • Create, schedule, and post all social media content
  • Execute beautiful, campaign-quality photography/video for social media (including attending our photoshoots
  • Monitor the timing, integrity, and quality of deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Keep up-to-date with trends in social media to ensure content is always ahead of the curve
  • Deliver consistent content that creates a cohesive feed for social media
  • Field requests for press opportunities & loans
