**About the Role**:
As a Graphic Design Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in our fast-paced environment, where you'll have the chance to explore and expand your artistic skills. Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll be responsible for producing a wide range of visual materials, including photo ID cards, gift cards, bar tab cards, hotel room key cards, event passes, and combination cards. You'll work closely with our team to ensure all designs adhere to corporate styles and guidelines, utilizing templates to streamline the design process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize Adobe InDesign and learn our custom in-house system to create captivating designs
- Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and execute creative projects
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards and deadlines
- Maintain organized files and documentation for easy reference
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress

**Requirements**:
To thrive in this role, you'll need to be computer savvy and proficient in design software, particularly Adobe InDesign. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail is essential, as is excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
