About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Design Assistant to join our creative services team at kikki.K. This role will involve working across multiple brands within the group, creating high-quality visual merchandising elements for windows and instore displays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and create artwork and production files in collaboration with the Group Window Concept Manager and Group Production Manager.
  • Design window and instore signage, props for window concepts, and artwork for hoardings, block-outs, and store fit-outs.
  • Maintain seasonal campaign imagery and store opening documents.
  • Assist with product labelling, pricing, and information collateral.
  • Collaborate with the PR/Marketing team and Brand Art Director on seasonal event collateral.
  • Work with product design teams to ensure brand identity is applied consistently.
  • Design packaging for special events (e.g., Christmas, Mother's Day).
  • Support HR with updating forms and creating new documents.
  • Assist with visual concepts and artwork for seasonal campaign shoots, including illustrations, graphics, and typography.
  • Take on additional tasks such as designing invitations, greeting cards, newsletters, business cards, and other stationery.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Proven experience in a Graphic Design role, with retail experience advantageous.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and manage multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Strong creative eye and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to support offsite teams.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience leading freelance teams when required.
