Position:

Our Melbourne West office undoubtably has the best territory in our entire Australian network, right at the heart of the action in the biggest industrial area in the country. The opportunities for growth here really are endless. 

The role is based in a relatively small office environment in the busy industrial area of Laverton North with plenty of free parking available.

We are looking for a lively and energetic person with an attention to detail to manage our payroll, invoicing, payment and compliance processes.

In addition, you will also enjoy speaking with candidates and clients to become an integral part of the recruitment team. You will learn the whole recruitment cycle from initial advertising and candiate response management through to interviewing, onboarding and reverse marketing of candidates to clients.  

The role will involve using databases, spreadsheets, emails and reports as well as communicating with and visiting clients. You will write and place adverts and interview, so a good level of communication, numeracy and literacy is required.

This is an exciting position for a competent administrator looking to expand their skills into recruitment. With excellent support from our team you will be able to bring your own brand of enthusiasm to create a positive atmosphere in the office and to develop relationships with our candidates and clients.

We are looking for a "can do" person that looks for reasons and opportunity to learn and develop themselves at every turn. This would make an ideal first step into recruitment.
