Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar roll is a must 

We are expanding our team to cater for our growing business. We have an all day menu and serve modern Australian brunch style food, cooked to order. We transform into a pizza bar in the evenings serving both dine in and takeaway pizza. 

The candidate needs to be experienced on multiple section of the kitchen as the position requires good coordination and multitasking to keep up with a fast pace service. This position provides an opportunity to help create menu variations and implement new dishes along side fellow colleagues in the kitchen. So team work, a positive attitude and ability to follow procedures is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Menu design, development, with other team members.
  • Stock control & Ordering.
  • Control of the cooking station, while maintaining a high standard.
  • Strong motivational skills with a positive approach
  • Day to day organisation and running of BOH operations.
  • Assist with maintaining health, food & safety procedures.
  • Assist with Supervising other employees.

5 days a week full time position. Happy for the right candidate to start work immediately.
