Due to increased growth of our company we are looking for an
experienced Administrator/ Scheduler to join our team on a casual
Contract. This role will be working Monday to Friday with flexibility to work
from home.
**Who are we searching for?**
We are searching for an individual who excels in fast-paced, high-volume
environments. We take pride in delivering work to the highest standards and value
capable of working independently and communicating effectively with
stakeholders at all levels.
You will consider yourself a well organized, self-motivated individual and a
customer service professional. You are an experienced administrator with excellent
Excel knowledge and are ready to work in a fast-paced environment with a great
team
**To be successful, you’ll need**:
- An excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel &
Outlook
- Understanding of rostering principals
- Excellent planning & people coordination skills
- Strong communicator who contributes to good working relationships
- Organised with effective time management skills.
- Must have permanent residency.
- Valid WA driving license.
- Cert or Diploma in Administration/Business Management
- Police Clearance
