Milton, Australia Lutheran Services Full time

This is a full time, fixed contract for 12 months. 

The recruitment team works on opportunities across our aged care and community services divisions. We are also undergoing digitial transformation and require more recruitment to staff those projects.   

Lutheran Services is a not-for-profit organisation that has been serving the people and communities of Queensland since 1935. We provide quality, contemporary aged and community care and support for people, at more than 20 locations throughout Queensland.

About the Opportunity:

As part of the People and Culture function, the Talent team develops and delivers programs and activities across talent acquisition and development, as well as organisational development projects that support the organisation’s business plans and priorities.

Reporting to the Talent Lead, you will contribute to the provision of high-quality talent acquisition and development support. You will also have the opportunity to participate in organisational development projects and programs that enable a proactive and innovative work environment. All activities are designed to ensure alignment with the overall people plan and the strategic objectives of Lutheran Services, as well as contemporary and emerging people practices.

About You:

You are someone who is not “just” a recruiter. You can see the connections across all these functions, and you have versatile experience that will see you working with a multi-talented team to find new, effective, and scalable ways to attract, induct and develop our people. You are comfortable working with technology and understand the importance of data-driven decision making.

You may be at the stage in your career where you know you have the recruitment basics down pat and you’ve got some good insights and ideas to contribute more broadly as well. You will enjoy the opportunity to work with a team that trusts you to get on with it alone, and then comes together to share and refine ideas and values and learns from each other.
