We are currently seeking a positive and resourceful Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane Team in this varied and flexible role.

Working with a team of experienced colleagues and able to work autonomously in this role will enable you to further develop your skills within a vast array of industry sectors, resourcing, recruiting & managing accounts for a wide variety of customers and job types.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing of suitable candidates
  • Writing job adverts and advertising online
  • Conducting and recording reference checks
  • Managing relationships with clients hiring & line managers
  • Placing suitable candidates into work assignments, on-site with our large customer base
  • Providing excellent customer service to candidates & clients
  • Effective database management
  • Data entry and compliance duties
