As a Technical Consultant, you leverage your knowledge and experience in delivering Business Technology Consulting services to deliver the following responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design, development and delivery of technology consulting engagements;

supporting with solution designs, implementation plans and costing estimations

• Leverage strong written and verbal communication skills to document and present customer-facing information to a high standard

• Support the identification of potential business development opportunities, collaborating with your team to help qualify, develop and close new opportunities

• Apply a continuous learning and development mindset to your work, investing time and effort into building your knowledge, skills and understanding of industry best-practice and emerging technologies

• Conduct research and generate insights to help translate customer needs into leading-edge technology consulting solutions

• Leverage standard methodologies, tools and processes to test and evaluate solutions, both during and post implementation

• Take ownership of your own actions and accountabilities, seeking guidance from more experienced team members to support your development and contribute to the delivery of agreed outcomes

• Proactively identify and seek to mitigate risks and issues to service delivery, escalating to more senior team members when additional support is required to resolve problems

• Leverage sound inter-personal skills to build relationships and credibility with key internal (i.e. Sales, Delivery and Project teams) and external (i.e. customers, technology vendors) stakeholders.
