About the role

Reporting to the Financial Controller and a member of the Senior Finance Team, the key purpose of this role is to work intimately with lead teams and senior managers to deliver value and influence business outcomes within a complex business.

You will also:
 

  • Lead the financial planning and budgeting process.

  • Compile product and customer profitability reports.

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.

  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

  • Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.

  • Promote safety and customer satisfaction as a core value.

About your experience
 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a finance or business-related field and be a member of CPA/CAANZ or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 years Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools. Knowledge of TM1 an added advantage.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
