Integra Windows feels proud in launching the latest glasing solution products in the Australian market. We aim to deliver the most efficient, functional, and aesthetically pleasing doubled-glazed windows and doors in conjunction with the best of the European profile and hardware manufacturers and the best glazing suppliers.

We are now looking for a Project Administrator to join our team.

Main duties include: 

  • Responsible for keeping important documents, including contracts, invoices, projects plans, and their changes and variations.
  • Responsible for informing everyone including team members, implementation manager, and Customers about all the updates and changes about projects.
  • Offer suggestions to improve efficiencies within the organisation regarding to customer’s feedback.
  • Coordinating the contract execution process involves overseeing all the necessary steps and activities to to ensure timely completion.
  • Responsible for keeping track of budgets and project expenditures closely to manage the financial aspects of the project effectively.

Skills and experience requirements:

  • Previous experience in project administration or a similar role within the construction or glazing industry is required.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with document management systems.
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and financial tracking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and project tracking.
  • Ability to identify issues and provide solutions to improve project efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
