Want to be part of a leading global retailer? Our National IT department is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Business Transition team, based in Prestons NSW. **This is a permanent full-time position.**

In this role, you will provide a high standard of administrative support to the Director and the wider National IT department through a variety of tasks including diary management, project coordination and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders (to name a few). This is a diverse role with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy.

**What does the role look like?**
- Maintain oversight of the Director's portfolio of work to be able to provide input and be involved in daily decision making
- Provide administrative services including updating and managing project plans and activities via a suite of project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams and SharePoint)
- Provide a high level of administrative and secretarial support to the Director and broader team
- Assist in the creation and preparation of project activities, tooling, correspondence, documents, and reports, ensuring they are treated with the strictest confidence
- Book travel on behalf of the Director, coordinating flights, accommodation, and travel itineraries
- Undertake and be involved in events and project coordination tasks and activities
- Manage the efficient and accurate flow of correspondence and information

**Qualifications** What do we need from you?**
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant preferred
- Extensive administrative experience with high proficiency across Microsoft Office suite and project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams and SharePoint)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure across multiple projects
- Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to present solutions
- Events and Project coordination experience within IT highly regarded
