The Opportunity

This pivotal role in our Procurement Team offers the chance to spearhead and be accountable for our Indirect spending across Arnott's & Campbell's portfolios. You'll serve as the crucial connector between our suppliers and business partners, driving the delivery of exceptional business outcomes. This includes enhancing value, fostering breakthrough innovation, and ensuring a more secure and sustainable supply chain. Join us and make a tangible impact on our organization's success and industry leadership. The role is an initial 12 month fixed term contract with the potential to turn into a permanent position. 

The Accountabilities

Develop and implement category strategy of $32m spend for assigned categories aligned with overall business; Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure supplier performance to meet business objectives; Optimise total cost of ownership while maintaining quality and service; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies; Provide timely reporting and analysis on procurement metrics and activities

The Ingredients for Success

4 + years in procurement as a procurement analyst and/or procurement category specialist Bachelor’s degree Demonstrate experience in driving and delivering change and/or projects Good planning skills and efficient time management for projects and change deliveries Good stakeholder management and positive influencer of teams with strong communication skill
