**The Opportunity**

This pivotal role in our Procurement Team offers the chance to spearhead and be accountable for our Indirect spending across Arnott's & Campbell's portfolios. You'll serve as the crucial connector between our suppliers and business partners, driving the delivery of exceptional business outcomes. This includes enhancing value, fostering breakthrough innovation, and ensuring a more secure and sustainable supply chain. **The Accountabilities**
- Responsible for managing $38M spend to category targets & limit portfolio inflation
- Accountable for buying decision across their categories, executing the Procurement Strategy
- Accountability for results for their categories KPI’s - quality, service, risk, & spend
- Responsible for selecting suppliers that will continue to enhance our sustainable Supply Chain & support our strategy
- Responsible for completing the detail of Procurement activity for their categories (Category Management, RFI/RFP, Supplier Management, Cost Projections, & SAP maintenance) with the resources available

**The Ingredients for Success**

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business, Engineering, Ops Management, Food Science/Technology)
- 2+ years in leading cross-functional team
- Broad FMCG or related category industry experience
- Procurement or Commercial negotiating experience preferred
- Good planning skills, excellent communication skills and Strong Microsoft office especially Excel experience with systems such as SAP or equivalent
