The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team's efforts to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and overall business growth. This position involves coordinating various marketing activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns.

**Position Overview**: As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be working closely with admin team in Melbourne campus and Canberra campus to fulfil your duties. You will be also approaching and managing various clients, agents and partners to influence the overall growth of business. You will be responsible for handling and managing online handles, pages and posts to gain more followers and grab potential customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Coordination**:Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign implementation.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall company objectives. Communicate effectively with external vendors and partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
