We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Co-ordinator to join our team in Wetherill Park. Reporting to the National Detailing Manager, you will be responsible for co-ordinating projects, use relationship management and commercial awareness to liaise with customers to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods and services with a view to promote Ausreo products and services to generate sales and maximum margins. The role will also include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day issues associated with the supply of reinforcement to the project and ensuring client requirements deliverables are met.
- Proactively manage project issues, risks, and opportunities in consultation with the client and other key stakeholders
- Provide a customer focused service to support all aspects of the business which demonstrates that customer satisfaction is paramount
- Create and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders to ensure projects are completed with minimal delays.
- Manage multiple Rebar Projects, ensuring adherence to quality and delivery timing is met.
- Interpret structural and architectural drawings for preparing cutting lists (works schedule)
- Maintain structural integrity of the design when scheduling reinforcing steel consistent with Australian Standards
- Engage directly with customers and internal schedulers to understand project requirements, ensuring precise scheduling and detailing takes place.
To Be Successful
- Extended knowledge of construction sequencing and structural properties and designs
- Familiarity with all types of structural drawings s for construction including domestic, residential, multi-storey, and civil works
- Previous experience with BlueBeam will be highly regarded.
- Possess practical and structural knowledge of products and services within the construction and building industry
- Attention to detail
- Customer orientated, capable of competently liaising with internal staff and customers in professional and pleasant manner
- Promote a team environment that fosters getting the job done
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task people, events, systems, and deadlines
