We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tech Business Analyst to join our

Digital Practice team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving digital transformation.


As a Tech BA , you will act as a key business and technical intelligence representative in Versent engagements, capturing and communicating issues and risks. You will enjoy fostering a collaborative environment, ensuring stakeholders involved in every aspect of delivery have a comprehensive understanding of the process


Key Responsibilities

You will perform business analysis activities for digital apps (Web and Mobile) and collaborate with delivery teams during design, discovery and development sprints.

Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.

Convert business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories

Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet both business and technical requirements.

Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including clients, developers, and project managers.

Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.

Workshop support: Work with key stakeholders to define business, technology and user requirements the highest quality standard
 

Key Criteria:

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Experience leading the delivery of projects in websites/app/microservices/cloud - projects

Experience in digital transformation projects.

Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
