The primary objective of the Technical Business Analyst is to work with the Lead Business Analyst and Solution Architect to support the technical implementation of a new Software Solution.

The position provides a high level of analysis, development of design specifications, resolution of complex technical issues and ensures traceability of the technical solution through Design, Build, Test and Go Live phases.

Key Activities:

  • Provide technical analysis support during the Design phase, Facilitating Workshops and creating Design Specifications to enable development of required integrations to the Azure Integration Platform and new product suite.
  • Create and perform system tests to ensure quality and document outcomes.
  • Identifying and participating in the resolution of application and system integration issues.
  • Prioritising requirements, features and user stories and communicating these effectively to stakeholders including conducting walkthroughs for review and approval.
  • Managing collaborative relationships with stakeholders and external technology vendors to develop and implement the required changes to ICT infrastructure.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)

    Skills:

    • Skills and experience in analysis, design, development, systems management and maintenance of multi-user systems or applications.
    • Highly developed skills and experience in the elicitation and documentation of business and system requirements.
    • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.

      Key deliverables:

      • Producing and maintaining documentation including system requirements and design documents for the project in alignment with Business and Architecture Requirements, ensuring traceability through all phases to implementation.
