professional services to individuals and business clients.

Your duties include but are not limited to:

  • Functional testing, algorithm testing and interface testing of back-end management systems
  • for user-end;
  • Participating in requirement analysis, writing test cases and test plans, designing test data,
  • and writing test reports;
  • Recommending corrective action plans and improvements through monitoring and auditing
  • of processes and procedures;
  • Using Python and other programming languages to categorize testing results, ensuring the
  • outcome is in accordance with the desired results
  • Using computing platform to establish the testing framework for automation testing, and
  • performing interface automated testing;
  • Writing programming codes to build testing tools, with the aim of simplifying repetitive work
  • and improving testing efficiency;
  • Testing, identifying and diagnosing functionality errors and faults in systems, and
  • programming code within established testing protocols;
  • Coordinating and communicating with relevant personnel to ensure awareness and
  • adherence to standards, procedures and quality control issues and activities, such as
  • resource allocation and risk assessment;
  • Creating and reviewing technical documentation such as testing guides and manuals
  • Communicating with users and management to resolve the potential problems of the
  • systems;

Required Experience, Skills and Qualification:

  • At least 2 years’ experience as an ICT Support Engineer
  • Bachelor’s degree or above with a major in Information Technology and relevant areas
  • Knowledge on CCTV security systems
  • Ability to use various programming languages and software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to perform multi-tasks and determine priorities
  • Ability to work in a team and work on your own
  • Project management skills
