Objectifs du poste

Aesop recherche des Responsables pour nos boutiques à Paris .

En tant que Responsable d’Espace, vous incarnez notre désir d’engager les clients, de les écouter et de les guider vers des produits qui les intéressent. Grâce à votre leadership efficace et passionné, vous motiverez et développerez votre équipe pour qu’elle crée des expériences clients mémorables et inclusives, qui participeront à la performance globale de l’Espace. 

Travaillant à temps plein en présentiel sur site, y compris certains week-ends, vous serez responsable du budget, du marketing spécifique à l’Espace et de construire la base de clientèle de l’Espace. Vous serez également responsable de l’organisation des activités quotidiennes d’une équipe de Consultant(e)s de vente. Notre candidat(e) idéal(e) est un(e) professionnel(le) compétent(e), capable d’effectuer ces tâches avec dynamisme, passion et doté(e) d’un engagement inébranlable à atteindre l’excellence.

Le profil que nous recherchons

Expérience de management dans un environnement de service client 

Expérience confirmée dans la vente et dans le dépassement des objectifs commerciaux 

Expérience dans la direction et le coaching d’une équipe, mettant en place un environnement de travail psychologiquement sûr et inclusif

Capacité à faire preuve d’empathie pour gérer les relations interpersonnelles

État d’esprit ouvert et une profonde curiosité, cherchant à comprendre les autres, à écouter sans jugement et à agir en fonction de diverses perspectives

Compétences en communication, en résolution de problèmes et en vente, et sens commercial

Connaissance avancée des soins du visage et de l’industrie des soins pour la peau (appréciée)

Connaissance des catégories de soins capillaires, soins corporels, parfums et produits pour la maison (appréciée) 

Connaissances en informatique, dont une bonne familiarité avec la suite Microsoft Office
