We are an established boutique law firm in Collingwood, Victoria, with a busy practice in a broad range of general commercial and property work seeking a clerk to join our team
This role has a litigation and property focus and you will have the opportunity to work autonomously and assist with files across a diverse range of matters including:
- Commercial Transactions
- Conveyancing of residential, commercial, rural and industrial property;
- Commercial litigation;
- Planning Law;
- Wills and Estates
A positive attitude and eagerness to be involved in all aspects of the firm are also crucial to this role, as is a willingness to lend a helping hand whenever assistance is required.
