Wesfarmers Health includes 73 company-owned Priceline stores, 396 Priceline pharmacy franchise stores and 89 Clear Skincare clinics and is also a wholesale distributor of pharmaceutical goods. In 2023, the Health division expanded its digital and medical aesthetics offering with the acquisitions of telehealth provider InstantScripts, as well as the SILK Group, who operates a network of around 140 wholly-owned, joint venture and franchised clinics. The division employs more than 3600 team members.

Reporting to the GM Digital & Data, the Product Owner – Retail Media is a forward-thinking role focused on unlocking value from Retail Media products, audiences, and data. This encompasses strategic planning, product and technology roadmap development, execution, and revenue growth. The role involves leading the cross-platform development, activation, measurement, and media optimization of all Retail Media products and investments, aiming to convert shoppers into buyers of our categories and brands.
What you’ll do:
Support the development and execution of a comprehensive retail media strategy to drive revenue growth, identify emerging product trends and technologies, and enhance the organisation's understanding of the evolving retail media landscape. Analyse existing products, identify improvement areas, and deliver actionable recommendations to achieve revenue goals. You'll drive innovation by exploring new ad formats and developing data partnerships to expand the product suite. Ensure the timely and budget-compliant delivery of the Retail Media product roadmap, lead go-to-market strategies, and maintain effective communication regarding program and project status. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage product development and leverage eCommerce and loyalty transformation activities. Stakeholder management will involve engaging partners, aligning on shared objectives, and managing risks, while fostering a culture of innovation for outstanding performance and customer satisfaction. Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks, oversee quality management, and implement processes to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to digital, data governance, security, and privacy.What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in product management, specifically as a Product Manager or Product Owner. Skilled in defining business requirements and collaborating with digital platform vendors. Demonstrated expertise in developing consumer-facing apps and eCommerce solutions, preferably within a retail environment. Proficient in creating digital business cases and managing capex/opex requests. Comprehensive understanding of IT frameworks such as ITIL and familiarity with diverse digital platforms including Ad Servers, Personalisation tools, Onsite Search, and cybersecurity solutions. Strong data literacy skills. Competent in gathering relevant information, engaging with key stakeholders, analyzing issues from multiple perspectives, and proposing effective solutions that meet end-user requirements. Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems or Computer Science highly desirable.Why us?
