Reporting to the Activations Director, the Activations Manager is crucial in delivering best in-class digital solutions to your clients. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day of the junior members in the team and sometimes may need to get hands-on with the tools also.
About the role:
People
Coordinate the day-to-day activity and workflow of juniors in your teamTrain, support and guide your team and peersEscalate challenges to Performance Director as they ariseBuild and maintain relationships with media agency partners and tech partnersClient
Working on paid media campaigns across paid searchOversee and lead the planning, optimisation and reporting of all paid campaignsContinually identifying optimisation opportunities to drive performance improvements across channels, based on relevant KPI’s.Stakeholder management - working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.Leading digital innovation and driving a robust testing framework.About you:
3+ years proven experience in performance media campaign management with Google AdsA “lean-in” attitude and the ability to positively influence stakeholdersGreat communication skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholdersA thirst for knowledge; understanding the digital landscape and keeping up to date with trends and technology.Facebook Blueprint certified and Google Ads Certified, SA360About KINESSO
