We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Officer to join our team on a casual basis.

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities

As an Accounts Payable Officer you will become part of an integral team of 5 whose focus is on providing efficient data entry and support within the Shared Services Accounts Payable team, based in our Corporate Office on the Gold Coast. 

Accurate and timely data entry of invoices (manual & electronically mapped invoices)  Shared inbox management - ensuring all enquiries are responded to in a timely, professional and friendly manner Supplier Statement Reconciliations Ad hoc tasks as required

Ability to working in a team environment Experience working in a high volume, deadline focused role Excellent attention to detail Strong numerical accuracy and computer skills Excellent communication skills
