Job Overview

The Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Verify and reconcile accounts payable data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Generate reports and statements detailing accounts payable status.
Requirements

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
