About the Role

In this role you will be working as part of the Visual merchandise team As the Instore Communications Coordinator. You will compile and create internal store communications, assisting with instore promotional signage and communications, with a view of keeping employees engaged and inspired in the workplace. Drive change and implement the communication strategy at Harris Scarfe to deliver a customer centric visually appealing experience for all.

Coordinate the Internal ticketing process by collecting data from our Buying Team and ensuring its delivery to the store network in a timely manner Converting raw data into a useable format Liaising with VM team and printing, and maintaining these relationships Communicating any changes or discrepancies to the stores and wider business in a timely manner Provide support to the Visual Merchandising team as required Create and communicate standardised documents across all mediums Daily administration duties Maintain information mapping standard across the business Provide timely and accurate advice to Store Leaders and Regional Managers on related topics Testing and implementation of new initiatives Understand, review and benchmark the internal and external environment to anticipate and improve the objectives of communication and development initiatives Maintaining several mailboxes Increase the awareness of internal communications value proposition across all team members Participate as a member of the wider Retail Operations team and as a team player to assist others where required and directed.

About You

Retail Sales experience and proven business acumen Previous experience in store communications desirable by not essential Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) Demonstrated understanding of technical writing skills Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently and prioritise workload Intermediate MS office skills, Adobe Acrobat Reader professional & InDesign skills
