About the opportunity

Joining as part of our graduate program, this role will see you making a difference in the work you deliver; a chance to use your skills to contribute to the growth and development of your local community whilst being afforded the career development opportunities of a large, dynamic and employee-owned company. You’ll get to:

  • Attend site inspections
  • Manage quality assurance process
  • Reviewing progress claims and monitoring project financials
  • Learn and eventually managing contractual requirements and contract administration
  • Problem solving design issues during construction phase
  • Strengthen your communication skills through gaining exposure to stakeholders such as developers, contractors, construction teams, local authorities and councils
  • Collaborate and learn from our Civil Design and Landscape Architecture Teams through the delivery of our projects

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, obtained within the last two years
  • An agility to move between different tasks and projects and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to deliver information succinctly and present with seamless communication
  • Previous experience in design, construction or consultancy in an internship or work experience capacity will be highly regarded.
