We are a multidisciplinary team of passionate professionals providing consultancy services to the property and infrastructure sectors. Our team of over 350 people work across ten offices in VIC, NSW, SA, QLD, and the ACT.

About the Opportunity

This graduate role offers you the chance to make a difference in your community while being part of a large, dynamic, and employee-owned company. You'll get to:

  • Attend site inspections and contribute to quality assurance processes
  • Review progress claims and monitor project financials
  • Learn and manage contractual requirements and contract administration
  • Solve design issues during the construction phase
  • Develop your communication skills through interactions with stakeholders like developers, contractors, construction teams, local authorities, and councils
  • Collaborate with our Civil Design and Landscape Architecture Teams on project delivery
About You

  • You'll need a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, obtained within the last two years
  • You'll require agility to move between tasks and projects, managing multiple priorities
  • You should be able to communicate complex information succinctly and present it confidently
  • Previous experience in design, construction, or consultancy in an internship or work experience capacity will be highly regarded
