We are a dynamic consultancy firm providing integrated services to the property and infrastructure sectors. Our team of over 350 passionate professionals work across ten offices in VIC, NSW, SA, QLD, and the ACT.

About the Opportunity
This graduate role will see you making a tangible impact on your community while being part of a large, dynamic, and employee-owned company. You'll get to:
- Attend site inspections to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.
- Review progress claims and monitor project financials to optimize returns.
- Learn and eventually manage contractual requirements and contract administration.
- Solve design issues during the construction phase.
- Develop strong communication skills by interacting with stakeholders like developers, contractors, construction teams, local authorities, and councils.
- Collaborate with our Civil Design and Landscape Architecture Teams through project delivery.
About You
You're a self-starter with a passion for improving communities. You value continuous learning and seek an organisation that will support your career growth. You'll come to us with:
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering obtained within the last two years.
- The ability to adapt to different tasks and projects, managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to deliver information succinctly and present effectively.
- Previous experience in design, construction, or consultancy, preferably in an internship or work experience capacity.
