About the Opportunity

This graduate role will see you making a tangible impact on your community while being part of a large, dynamic, and employee-owned company. You'll get to:

  • Attend site inspections to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.
  • Review progress claims and monitor project financials to optimize returns.
  • Learn and eventually manage contractual requirements and contract administration.
  • Solve design issues during the construction phase.
  • Develop strong communication skills by interacting with stakeholders like developers, contractors, construction teams, local authorities, and councils.
  • Collaborate with our Civil Design and Landscape Architecture Teams through project delivery.

About You

You're a self-starter with a passion for improving communities. You value continuous learning and seek an organisation that will support your career growth. You'll come to us with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering obtained within the last two years.
  • The ability to adapt to different tasks and projects, managing multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills to deliver information succinctly and present effectively.
  • Previous experience in design, construction, or consultancy, preferably in an internship or work experience capacity.
