Job Description

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in assisting with the integration of a newly acquired business into the group, alongside supporting various automation and streamlining initiatives across multiple entities. This is a hands-on role that will see you collaborate with the CFO and senior stakeholders to drive financial efficiency and improve operational processes.Key Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Assist the CFO in the integration of the newly acquired business.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline processes and drive automation across the group's entities.
  • Support the CFO with budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow forecasting.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis and evaluate ROI on future capital investments.
  • Oversee month-end financial reporting and ensure tax compliance across entities.
  • Work on ad hoc projects as directed by the CFO or CEO.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following:

  • Proven experience in acquisition and business integration's, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP or Pronto is highly desirable. Previous experience overseeing a SAP implementation would also be desirable.
  • Experience working in a Finance Manager or Financial Controller position within the manufacturing industry will be advantageous.
  • Be available to start on short notice.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior management and key stakeholders.
  • The ability to thrive in an evolving and fast-paced work environment.
