Our Vanguard Luxury Brands team are recruiting for a Sales Executive to sell some of the most exciting brands in the Australian and International spirits market. This includes iconic brands such as Aether Vodka, Fuji Whiskey and the iconic Four Pillars Gin range. This exciting role will service our Canberra & ACT customers, so if you’re interested and live in the region, then we would love to hear from you. This role will also look after our valued customers on the Far South Coast and Riverina with some travel to this region. 

This role is available on permanent basis and is an excellent opportunity to grow your sales career and gain experience within a supportive and inclusive beverage organisation. 

What does a day in the life of a Vanguard Sales Executive look like?
• You will work with our established customers, creating innovative strategies that range from account planning to in-store merchandising and promotional execution with the goal of getting more of our brands into consumers hands
• You will travel to our customer sites to fully engage and get to know their needs to service and best support them
• You will be an absolute brand and company advocate – delivering growth through on-point brand execution
• Work with and collaborate effectively as a part of the wider Sales and Marketing Team
• Always be on the hunt for potential growth and development opportunities within current and new customers

What are we looking for?
• Customer and consumer obsessed individual, you’ll be motivated to build effective and strong customer partnerships
• Sales experience: You may come from a FMCG, retail or even a pharmaceuticals background – whichever this may be, you are motivated by sales and have a drive for results
• A proactive attitude and the courage to pursue new business opportunities. You should be comfortable with actively seeking out prospects and embracing each day with unwavering enthusiasm. 
• Accountability. You keep your promises and deliver on your commitments
• A full, clean drivers’ licence, as well as the ability to work in AUS on a perm basis
