Senior Brand Manager

Join our Yates Marketing team as a Senior Brand Manager and drive awareness of the Munns Professional brand through impactful innovation and inspiring comms whilst protecting the entry level and premium end of the category in Bunnings with their favourite exclusive brands.
In this key role, you’ll be responsible for leading the strategy development, innovation pipeline and activation of the Lawn Care portfolio which has been identified as a core growth pillar. This role will draw on the full marketing mix, combining category thinking with brand building and communications along with portfolio management and new product development (NPD).
Yates is the market leader in lawn care across a portfolio of brands. The Lawn Care sub-catgeory is the second largest within total Garden Care and has significant opportunity for growth. The Yates Lawn care range spans the segments of Lawn Seeds, Lawn Fertilisers, Lawn Weed and Lawn Pest Control Products.
The role is based out of Padstow (in South West Sydney). It is a high impact, high engagement role interacting with Executive Leadership Team and collaborating with CX, Sales & Innovation teams to ensure long term profitability is maximised through category thinking and brand plans.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement a cohesive, long term category and brand strategy for Lawn Care to deliver profitability growth Collaborate with internal and external innovation peers & suppliers to develop maintain and accelerate NPD plans for Lawn Care leveraging consumer insights Develop consumer communication with ownership for both ATL and BTL campaigns Partner with Category Manager, sales team, procurement and innovation team to maximize returns through pricing, supply chain and manufacturing optimization for Lawn Care sub-categoriesBenefits

Qualifications in Marketing or Business Demonstrated experience in brand building/communications (and category management) within consumer driven brands Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding Significant experience in New Product Development (NPD) Strong project management skillsWhy DuluxGroup?
