About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at O'Brien Glass Industries Limited. As a key member of our Digital Transformation program, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the gathering of requirements and contribute to the determination of appropriate test cases to achieve organisational outcomes.
  • Plan and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and information sessions to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Work closely with technical teams, solution architects, and business subject matter experts to deliver various solutions that meet our customer journey requirements.
  • Document and manage business requirements, including user stories and acceptance test criteria, to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met.
  • Participate in the identification, documentation, resolution, and escalation of delivery issues, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, ideally in a consumer goods, retail, supply chain, or similar environment.
  • Highly advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as computer science or IIBA.
  • A strong approach to project management, with a focus on delivering milestones on time.
  • Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or AML is highly advantageous.
