Our opportunity

We are looking to appoint a Development Manager to our Masterplanned Community project, Smiths Lane. You will work within the team to manage and deliver projects including taking responsibility for various aspects of financial and program delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create and manage project feasibility – single stage, multi stages, JV models and all components of financial model.
  • Establish and manage budgets and cash flows accurately.
  • Review and manage development programme and brief.
  • Ability to identify all aspects of development including identifying deficiencies, standardisation, innovation, revenue time and cost to extract maximum value.
  • Value management of all aspects and stages of the project.
  • Possess thorough understanding of planning system and ability to seek and obtain Development Approvals.

Your point of difference

You will be professionally qualified in a property development related field and possess demonstrated experience working on Masterplanned Community projects through all stages of the project life cycle, including procurement, planning and tendering processes.

You will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to drive outcomes and resolve conflict in project and people.  Experience working within a JV project is desirable.
