The Role:

IPA have partnered with one of Brisbane's rising Indie agencies who are gearing up for another fantastic year of client growth going into 2025. They're already working with some household brands and offer an environment where you can take full control of your client list with the support of a talented team of digital marketers and media buyers. As a Senior Account Manager there is massive potential for personal and professional career growth with support on tap form the senior leadership team when you need it. There is a real culture of togetherness with the team which is something the agency pride themselves on. You will be given a list of clients from a mix of industries with potential for plenty of growth and opportunities to work on both digital and traditional campaigns. This is well suited to a professional and driven account manager looking for an opportunity to excel and make a real name in the industry.


What you'll be doing:

  • Developing and overseeing the execution of innovative and tailored digital marketing strategies that align with client needs
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and insights that drive growth
  • Collaborating with the digital team to push boundaries, troubleshoot challenges, and achieve outstanding client results
  • Always ensuring that you are up to date and leveraging the latest digital marketing trends and tools to drive innovation


Your Toolbox:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital account management with a client-facing focus
  • A highly proactive person with the ability to think outside the box, and who takes full ownership of the relationship with the client
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, advertising platforms, analytics tools, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
